My goal is to help you understand your thoughts, feelings, and patterns and find ways to live your life to your full potential. Sometimes that means learning how to cope and sometimes it means learning how to thrive. Through collaborative work and the therapeutic relationship, I want to help you to find the root of what causes you distress. We can all feel stuck and hopeless in our current situations; sometimes it takes a second set of eyes-or ears-to find solutions.
